Senators brought back a bill Thursday to require public schools to let home-school students participate in sports and activities. The bill was killed Wednesday in the Senate after some lawmakers worried it would give home-school students an unfair advantage. Lawmakers, however, voted to give SB61 another chance Thursday with some saying they might reconsider their "no" votes if it were amended.
