A 3-year old boy was hit by a truck in Salt Lake City on Saturday afternoon and taken to a hospital in serious condition.
The crash occurred just before 2 p.m. near 700 East and 500 South, police reported. The boy was walking on the side of the road with his dad when he darted in front of the pickup, police reported.
Police did not have an updated condition on the boy Monday morning.
