The Save the Deaf Center Rally is scheduled for 1-7p.m. Wednesday at the Robert G. Sanderson Community Center of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, 5709 S. 1500 West, Taylorsville.
Sponsored by the Utah Association for the Deaf, the free event is open to the public. People are encouraged to bring a dish to share.
Organizers said they want to inform folks about the budget cuts affecting the state-funded center and what they can do about it.
