Utah County sheriff's deputies are responding to a head-on collision with injuries at the intersection of U.S. Highways 6 and 89 in Spanish Fork Canyon, police said.
Three cars were involved in the crash, which took place in the eastbound lanes about 4:45 p.m., the Utah Department of Transportation reported. The road was closed near the accident site. It was not immediately clear how many people were injured.
