The latest news is that she was charged in 2004 in Tennessee with conspiracy to commit burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Allegedly, Joyce talked a 15-year-old boy into breaking into a house to raise money so she could buy a prosthetic leg for a beloved horse.
