Authorities have identified a Maryland woman who died after being struck by a car last week at Salt Lake City International Airport.

Patricia Dawn Jordan, 65, of Oxford, Md., was walking outside Terminal Two about 8 p.m. July 22. She was crossing several lanes of traffic when a female driver struck her, airport authorities said. Jordan died three days later.

Jordan was a family support services coordinator for the Talbot County Circuit Court. She and her husband were also photographers.

"She was always a nice friend and you just don't want to believe it," said Gale Keen, who knew Jordan for more than 20 years. Jordan photographed her daughter's wedding eight years ago.

"She was just a really good person."

Prosecutors are reviewing the case for possible charges, said Salt Lake City attorney Sim Gill. Gill would offer no details on the crash or the driver, other than that she is from the Salt Lake City area.
