A car struck a child who was sitting on a skateboard in a driveway in Willard on Thursday evening.
The 5-year-old was on a driveway near 100 West and 100 South, according to a news release from Willard police, when a car pulled into the driveway and ran over the child just after 5 p.m.
The driver of the car did not see the child, the release said.
The child was airlifted to Primary Children's Hospital, according to Willard police.
