Manti resident Marilynn Wilde, 80, has been identified as the woman killed in a Sunday night crash on U.S. Highway 89.

Utah Highway Patrol officials said Wilde died after being airlifted from the scene of the crash, which occurred about 9:50 p.m. in Manti. Wilde was driving a crossover SUV west at about 200 North Main Street (U.S. Highway 89) and failed to stop at the intersection, UHP officials said.

A white SUV headed north on Main Street crashed into Wilde's vehicle.

Wilde was not wearing a seat belt and suffered critical injuries. She died before arriving at a hospital.

Two occupants of the SUV suffered minor injuries and were treated at the hospital.
