No one was injured in a fire that broke out at an Ogden church Monday evening.

Firefighters were dispatched to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 514 E. 24th St., just before 5:20 p.m., the Ogden Fire Department tweeted.

The fire was extinguished in about 20 minutes by 17 firefighters, tweets said.

Officials estimated there was about $10,000 in damage, said Deputy Fire Chief Eric Bauman.

The cause of the blaze was under investigation Monday night, Bauman added.
