A suspicious bag investigated by a bomb squad in an Ogden parking garage Thursday evening contained metal but no explosives.

"It ended up just being nothing," said Ogden police Lt. Brian Eynon.

The bag had piqued someone's interest when it was left next to a car in the parking garage on 2450 S. Ogden Ave. and remained there after someone drove away, according to Eynon.

The bomb squad robot X-rayed the bag and found nothing suspicious, said Eynon.
