The Davis County Sheriff's Office on Monday issued a missing person alert for an autistic South Weber teenager. Within hours he was found safe.

Deputies say that 15-year-old Parker Lake was reported missing from his home, having left a note for his parents before leaving through a window about 1:30 a.m.

At 9:20 a.m., the sheriff's office Tweeted that he had been found in good condition inside an abandoned house.
