Police are no longer searching for a 20-year-old man after he was reported missing.

The man was at a West Valley City hospital, according to a news release from South Salt Lake Police Department's Gary Keller.

Salt Lake City police saw him near 1300 South and 1000 West, the release states; he "was not responding to questions from the officer, so he was taken to the hospital for an evaluation."

Police said earlier Saturday that the man was considered "endangered" because he does not have medications with him to treat seizures and mental illness, and that he functions at the mental level of a 10-year-old.
