Ogden • An Ogden City Justice Court judge will return to the other side of the courtroom as he is rejoining the Weber County attorney's office.

The Standard-Examiner reports that Weber County commissioners on Tuesday approved a memorandum of understanding to bring Dee Smith back to the county attorney's office.

Weber County's Chief Civil Deputy Attorney David Wilson says the county attorney's office recently lost a depth of experience as seasoned staff attorneys either retired or otherwise left.
