Police issued an Amber Alert Monday afternoon for an 11-year-old boy, whom they found safe that evening.

The boy willingly left a South Ogden house with a 37-year-old man late Sunday night, according to a news release. The 11-year-old was found safe in Murray about 4:20 p.m. Monday, according to a KUTV report, and the alleged abductor had been taken into custody.

The Amber Alert was canceled about 4:30 p.m. Monday.
