Whether cheering on the Cougars at LDS church-owned Brigham Young University, or taking in the faith's 186th Semiannual General Conference, Utah Transit Authority has you covered this weekend.

UTA will offer extra TRAX light rail services for all five sessions of the Saturday and Sunday conference in downtown Salt Lake City. Longer trains and more frequent runs will be offered on both the Blue and Green lines, along with special group passes — $15 will cover four riders, round trip.

The passes will be available online, at UTA customer service centers and at ticket vending machines.

Meanwhile, Cougar football fans were urged to hop on a FrontRunner train to get to Friday night's BYU-Toledo game at LaVell Edwards Stadium in Provo, and to get home after the game concludes.

Direct buses will run from Provo FrontRunner Station and the Timpanogos Transit Center to LaVell Edwards Stadium, starting two hours before the game's 8:15 p.m. kickoff.

After the game, buses will be available on Canyon Road. Buses headed to Provo FrontRunner Station will be facing south; buses headed to Timpanogos Transit Center will be facing north.

The $15 group pass deal also applies to the BYU buses.
