A woman was dead and a man was in serious condition after a Sunday night motorcycle crash in Draper.
Draper police Sgt. Chad Carpenter on Monday identified the victim as Charity Hardman, 42, of Draper. The driver of the motorcycle was Douglas Milne, 40, of Riverton.
Neither Hardman nor Milne were wearing helmets at the time of the crash on Traverse Ridge Road near 1700 East, police said.
The motorcycle appeared to have gone out of control as it descended a hill. Hardman died at the scene; Milne was taken to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
