Unified Police located a man on Thursday who had been missing since Wednesday night and was deemed endangered due to medical and mental health issues.
Charles Devoe, 64, was reported missing from the Canyon Rim Care Center at 3300 S. and 2700 East.
He was found "safe and in good health" in downtown Salt Lake City.
