A bicyclist in Riverdale on Saturday found a body.
Police have identified the deceased but did not disclose his name. A Riverdale police news release described him as a 59-year-old man "known to be transient in the area."
The bicyclist discovered the body about 2:45 p.m. along the Riverdale Parkway. The police news release said there was no apparent cause of death and the body would be sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
