A 66-year-old woman was reported missing Thursday from a nursing home in South Salt Lake.

Bua Bread was last seen about 1:30 p.m. at Little Cottonwood Rehab and Nursing, near 3100 S. State, according to a news release from the South Salt Lake Police Department.

The Asian woman has a 5-foot thin build, weighs about 110 pounds and has shoulder-length black hair, the release states. She was last seen wearing a pink nightgown, jeans and a red sweater and was carrying a pillowcase.

Bread has dementia and requires medication; police say she cannot care for herself. She removed her ankle monitor before leaving the nursing facility, the release states.
