A 26-year-old woman is dead after a wrong-way crash in Millard County on Thursday.

Jessie Jensen, of West Jordan, was traveling south on northbound Interstate 15 about 2:45 p.m., according to a news release from Utah Highway Patrol. Her sedan hit a minivan head-on near mile marker 182. Jensen died at the scene.

Two children were in the sedan, and one was seriously injured but expected to survive; the other was not injured, the release states. The driver of the minivan suffered minor injuries.
