Salt Lake City police say that first the suspect flashed a woman in a parking lot, then he robbed her.

Now, detectives hope the public can help expose him to identification, and arrest.

SLCPD investigators say a Polynesian man in his late-20s or early-30s, 6-foot, 200-230 pounds, approached the victim as she sat in her car, parked outside the Smith's grocery store at 2100 South and 900 East about noon on June 20.

The suspect allegedly exposed and touched his genitalia, and when he noticed the woman attempting to write down the license plate of his white SUV, he grabbed the paper from her hands and drove off.

Anyone who knows this man is asked to call SLCPD at 801-799-3000, or anonymously text 274637, using the keyword "TIPSLCPD."
