Authorities in Wyoming plan to make an announcement about the investigation into the death of a Utah rail worker who disappeared amid a manhunt for two suspects in a kidnapping case.

The Lincoln County Attorney and sheriff are set to hold a news conference Tuesday on the death of 63-year-old Kay Ricks. Authorities have been investigating whether two men accused of tying up women in a Utah basement were involved in his death.

Authorities say Flint and Dereck Harrison were lying low from police nearby when Ricks disappeared during his May 12 shift maintaining Salt Lake City's light-rail lines.

Police say his body was found along the route the two men likely took to their remote Wyoming hideout.

The Harrisons were arrested and are being held on kidnapping and other charges in Utah.
