Sandy police are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who robbed the Zions Bank at 2137 E. 9400 South last week.

On Friday at about 2:40 p.m., a man wearing a ski mask and sunglasses approached a teller, displayed a black handgun and demanded money, police reported.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the robber left eastbound on 9400 South in a gray Nissan Altima.

The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-20s with a thin build.

In addition to the mask and dark glasses, he was wearing black pants, black shoes and a black shirt with gray and orange stripes across the chest.
