A Tooele County crash killed a Roy woman Saturday.

The crash occurred when 67-year-old Huong Tran Ngo, who was driving an SUV east, drifted onto the left dirt shoulder of Interstate 80 a few miles west of State Road 196. She overcorrected, shifting the vehicle to the right and causing it to roll several times, according to a press release from Utah Highway Patrol.

Ngo, the only person in the SUV, was ejected and died at the scene. Investigators are looking into whether she was wearing a seatbelt properly.
