Murray police and firefighters blocked off traffic at 5400 South and 700 West early Tuesday afternoon after a broken water line turned the intersection into a vehicular skating rink.
As of 12:15 p.m., all southbound travel through the scene was being diverted as repairs were made by public workers crews.
