Police were looking for a man who appeared decidedly the worse for wear when he held up a southeast Salt Lake City business.

Salt Lake City police Detective Richard Chipping said that the suspect — described as in his 40s, clad in a black coat, black beanie-style cap and glasses — also was missing his front teeth and had a bandage on his nose when he walked into Dancing Cranes Imports, 673 E. Simpson Avenue (about 2300 South), about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The suspect went to the counter and demanded money from the till. The clerk complied and the man then fled out the store's front door with an undisclosed amount of cash.
