The 50s and the 60s will continue their comeback this weekend in northern Utah but colder weather is on the horizon.

The National Weather Service is predicting mild weather, with sunny skies and highs mostly in the 50s, along the Wasatch Front on Saturday.

Sunday will be sunny in the morning in northern Utah, then became partly cloudy. The weather will be slightly warmer, with highs in the 50s or 60s.

Southern Utah also will bask in temperate temperatures. The high in St. George and Zion National Park will reach the lower 60s on Saturday and the upper 60s on Sunday.

Enjoy it while you can. A Pacific storm is expected to bring colder temperatures to the western two-thirds of Utah, with the threat of accumulating snow starting Sunday night and continuing into Monday.

The winter weather could impact travel along much of the Interstate 15 corridor Monday morning, according to the weather service.

Monday's highs are predicted to be in the low to mid-30s in northern Utah and in the 30s and 40s in the southern part of the state.
