Sun and moderate temperatures will reign upon northern Utah on Sunday, but rain could arrive overnight.

The National Weather Service predicts Salt Lake City on Sunday and Monday will have highs in the upper 80s — slightly below normal for this time of year. There is a 20 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms late Sunday and on Monday morning.

Park City and Heber have about the same chances for rain, with highs Sunday in the lower 80s and low temperatures in the 40s.

The weather service called for St. George to have scattered thunderstorms throughout Sunday and a 50 percent chance for the same on Monday. High temperatures will be about 90 degrees.
