Tremonton police have identified a 24-year-old man who died in a head-on crash in the northern Utah town Monday.

Police Chief Dave Nance said the deceased was Evan Martin, of neighboring Garland, was a passenger in a southbound car that drifted into the northbound lane of 2000 West near 500 North about 1:30 p.m. Monday and collided with an oncoming pickup truck.

Two other males in the car were flown to Ogden's McKay-Dee Hospital, where they remained in serious condition on Tuesday.

The woman driving the pickup truck was taken by ambulance to Ogden Regional Hospital, also in serious condition.

The accident remained under investigation.
