A teenager is believed to have drowned in Otter Creek Reservoir, according to KUTV-Ch. 2.

Regan Wilson with Utah State Parks confirmed to the news station that a search and rescue team was at Otter Creek State Park looking for a possible drowning victim, after Saturday's storms capsized a boat.

"Two individuals were thrown into the water. One made it back to the boat," KUTV reported. "The other individual, a 19-year-old exchange student from the Philippines, appeared to have cramped and did not make it back."

Searchers are treating the incident as though the teen might have drowned, Wilson told KUTV.
