A candlelight vigil is planned for Monday evening in Provo on behalf of a woman who disappeared earlier this month.

The vigil for Elizabeth Elena Laguna-Salgado will be held at 6 p.m. at Pioneer Park, 500 W. Center St.

Laguna-Salgadowas last seen on April 16 walking home from the Nomen Global Language School, at 384 W. Center St.

On Saturday, about 300 volunteers turned out to search the area for clues to the 26-year-old woman's disappearance.

On Friday, Elizabeth and Ed Smart participated in a press conference to aid the search effort.

The woman was last seen wearing a denim jacket, blue jeans and black or brown hiking boots. She's described as being 5-feet 4-inches tall and weighs between 120 and 130 pounds. She has long black hair and brown eyes.
