Family have identified Tallin "Tui" Harding as the Lehi toddler who died after an SUV hit him while backing out of a driveway.

Tui and his four siblings were playing in front of their Lehi home Saturday evening when he darted into the path of their mother's SUV as she left the house, according to the family.

"It's not looking like there's going to be any charges," said police Sgt. Bill Loveridge on Sunday. He referred to the case as "just a tragic accident."

An online fundraiser has been set up to help the Harding family pay for Tui's funeral expenses. As of about 2 p.m. Sunday, it had already collected more than $5,700 of a $7,500 goal.

"Sweet Tui was full of life and energy. We are all so thankful for the precious time we had with him," the page about the fundraiser reads. "He is loved and will be missed by many."
