Police are looking for four suspects in a Millcreek shooting that seriously wounded a teenage boy.

The 15-year-old victim was walking Saturday with two other males near 4090 S. 300 East, and a group of four other teenagers were farther ahead, said Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal. About 4:40 p.m., one of the teens in the second group turned around and allegedly shot the 15-year-old, Hoyal said.

The boy was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Police did not disclose where the boy was struck.

Police are still looking for the suspects, who are all believed to be about 18 to 19 years old.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the police at 801-743-7000.
