Springlike weather will prevail in northern Utah over the weekend, with highs in the mid 60s to about 70 on Saturday and climbing a little higher on Sunday, the National Weather Service says.

The warm temperatures should be accompanied by partly cloudy and cloudy skies and south winds along the Wasatch Front, the weather service says.

Lows are expected to be in the 40s to about 50 in many locations and drop to the 30s overnight in higher elevations.

In St. George and Zion National Park, the highs are expected to hit the upper 70s on Saturday and about 80 on Sunday.

Monday will see more highs in the 60s and 70s in northern Utah and a high of about 80 in St. George, the weather service says.
