The Box Elder County Sheriff's Office has identified a Brigham City woman as the victim of a weekend rollover crash.

Chief Deputy Dale Ward said a passing motorist discovered the wreckage about 5 a.m. last Saturday, near 800 North and 2600 West in Brigham City. Stacia Anderson, 40, was found dead at the scene.

Anderson was believed to have been driving northbound when her northbound, 1997 Subaru went off the east side of the 2600 West, overcorrected and then rolled after striking a culvert.

Anderson did not appear to have been wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash; alcohol also was being investigated as a contributing factor, Ward said.
