Holmes Homes has plenty of reasons to construct quality, built-to-last homes. Actually, they have about 16,000 of them.

That's how many new homebuyers have trusted five generations and 120 years of the Holmes family to build their new home.

"When we say we care about the homes we build, that's exactly what we mean," says Jason Nageli, a spokesman for Holmes Homes. "What makes us 100 percent successful is our commitment to build quality, lasting homes and we stand behind it."

One of their newest neighborhoods with single family homes and townhomes, Terrace Hills in West Jordan, is the epitome of what Holmes Homes stands for, says Nageli.

The neighborhood, nestled within West Jordan and minutes from the amenities at Jordan Landing and nearby schools, is benchmark quality at affordable prices. The homes, which range from townhomes to single-family homes, were built with a singular purpose in mind: Offer Holmes Homes quality at a wide range of prices.

"We're happy to say that we don't have a cookie-cutter design for all of our homes," Nageli says.

That expression is represented at Holmes Homes communities all over Utah. The builder, who has communities reaching from Heber to Lehi, doesn't reproduce the same home in every neighborhood. Each setting is unique and each community is special. A design that may make sense high up in the Wasatch Mountains may not make sense nestled at the base of the Oquirrhs, and that's something that designers and builders take into account before the first nail is driven in a new home construction.

What that means for Terrace Hills buyers is a custom feel to their single family or town home, without inflated prices.

Although Terrace Hills is a newer community in West Jordan, Nageli is confident that the design and neighborhood will appeal to families for years to come. On the western slope of Salt Lake City, West Jordan is an exciting neighborhood with room to grow.

One of the fastest growing communities in the Salt Lake Valley, West Jordan boasts a broad spectrum of shopping, entertaining and attractions. With more than 100,000 residents, West Jordan is actually the fourth-largest city in Utah.

That made an ideal setting for Holmes Homes to build one of their newest neighborhoods, Nageli said.

"We figured we'd combine an ideal location that offers the best of the valley with homes that we knew only we could build, to offer value and quality that few could compare to," he said.

Single family homes and townhomes at Terrace Hills are scheduled to open this year, and new homebuyer are encouraged to contact Kathie Fischer at 801-708-0141 or Kathie@holmeshomes.com for more information.
