Investigators would like the public's help identifying whoever stole a state truck with weapons inside.

The Utah State Parks' Ford pickup was stolen from a locked, fenced area of Willard Bay sometime between late Dec. 28 to early morning on Dec. 29, said state parks Lt. Eric Stucki. The pickup, which too was locked, had a 12-gauge shotgun and an AR-15 rifle inside, Stucki said.

The suspect did not break anything during the theft, including the lock on the fence, so investigators are still piecing together how he or she accessed the gate and the truck.

The truck is a silver 2014 Ford F-150 pickup with an extended cab, Stucki said. Anyone with information about the stolen vehicle can call the Box Elder County Sheriff's Office dispatch at 435-734-3800.
