A 13-year-old girl, identified as Summer Pinzon, of Azusa, Calif., was pronounced dead at the scene. The bus driver and two passengers were flown to the hospital in serious condition. All other passengers except one were injured and were taken by ambulance to hospitals in Provo, Price and Richfield.

Pinzon’s mother was among the injured.

The bus had been driving from Green River to Las Vegas.

Officials are investigating the cause of the crash and said a passenger on the bus reported that the driver may have had a medical problem.
