Unified Police are asking people to keep an eye out for a runaway teenager who is believed to be endangered.

Olivia Graham, 17, functions at a 12-year-old level and had boarded a bus "to a day treatment, but never arrived" on Monday, according to a Unified Police Department news release. At some point that day, Olivia returned to her Taylorsville home, gathered some of her belongings and has not been heard from since, the release adds.

Police believe she did not take her required medications with her, said police Lt. Justin Hoyal.

"Due to Olivia's mental condition and not having taken the medication," the release reads, "she can become violent and can put her[self] and others in danger."

She does not have a cellphone, and police are concerned for her welfare.

Officers have been searching extensively for Olivia, who has a history of running away and is known to frequent TRAX stations near 2100 South, Valley Fair Mall and the downtown library in Salt Lake City.

"We also have detectives investigating this case, but have been unable to locate her," the release reads. "[We] hope the public can help us locate Olivia so she can be reunited with her family and get her required medications."

Anyone with information related to Olivia's whereabouts is asked to call Unified Police at 801-743-7000. She is described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black hip-length coat, a black back pack and another blue-black back pack.
