South Jordan Police are searching for two men who robbed a Zion's Bank Tuesday morning.

A robbery was reported just after 11:30 a.m. at the Zion's Bank located at 4753 W. Daybreak Parkway. Police report that two men entered the story and demanded money — but did not show or threaten to use any weapons.

The bank clerks complied, and the men left with an undisclosed amount of cash. They were seen running to a brown 4-door passenger car, possibly a Toyota, with a white piece of paper covering the license plate, according to police. The men drove east and north into the East Lake area of Daybreak.

Both men were described as being white, between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and medium build. Both were wearing black pants, black hoodies and black masks with eye holes cut out.

If anyone has information about the robbery, they are asked to call South Jordan Police Department at 801-804-4000. Tipsters can remain anonymous. Police are specifically asking for tips from anyone who saw the vehicle leave the bank or noticed a car with paper covering the license plate.

"A small piece of information from the public could be the crucial piece needed to solve this case," Master Officer Samuel Winkler said. "We urge anyone with information to call us with that information."
