A South Jordan woman died Monday morning after concrete forms fell on her in Utah County.

Cynthia Weeks, 49, and her husband were delivering the forms to a storage site in Eagle Mountain at about 11 a.m. when about 30 of the forms fell on her, said Utah County sheriff's Sgt. Spencer Cannon. The forms, which are used to mold concrete, are about 2 feet by 8 feet and weigh about 70 pounds each, Cannon said.

A medical helicopter and emergency responders arrived at the storage site on State Road 73, between Cedar Fort and Fairfield, but could not save the woman, Cannon said.
