Cambria Duncan, 10, heard about Thursday's partial solar eclipse in school, so she donned a special pair of viewing glasses for a peak at the afternoon celestial event. The eclipse, above, occurs when the moon moves between the sun and the Earth. A partial eclipse is caused when the three celestial bodies aren't perfectly lined up. Some viewers gathered at the Natural History Museum of Utah, where the Salt Lake Astronomical Society set up solar telescopes.
