Food trucks will gather at the Kearns Oquirrh Park Fitness Center every Wednesday throughout the summer.

Guests can find them from 5 to 9 p.m. at the south entrance parking lot — in front of the Utah Olympic Oval, 5662 S. Cougar Lane (4800 West).

The food will complement the Oval's Beat the Heat activities, including public ice skating and swimming. Skating is available from 7 to 9 p.m. and costs $3.50 for those 3-12 and $5 for adults 13 and up.

The swimming pool is open until 8 pm. Admission is $5.75 for adults, $5 for those 3 to 17 and $4 for seniors 55 and older.

Trucks will vary each week, but featured businesses include Silver Moon Taqueria, Cupbop Korean Barbecue, Melty Way, Waffle Love and Art City Donuts.
