$13 • Salt Lake City's Faustina restaurant may have closed for good — replaced by Stanza Italian Bistro — but fans still can savor the memorable Sonoma chicken salad, as it is now on the lunch menu at its sister restaurant, Caffe Niche. This sweet, hearty favorite is made with smoked chicken, almonds, Gorgonzola, assorted greens and sweet dried blueberries in a caramelized onion and pomegranate vinaigrette. It's one of several new items that executive chef Andy Morris has added to the menu, including seared half chicken, a creamy mushroom risotto and a cherry thyme Bavette steak at dinner.
