A 21-year-old Orem woman was killed in a one-car rollover on Interstate 15 near Pocatello, Idaho.

The Idaho State Police reported that the crash occurred Monday about 3:40 p.m. when a 1999 Honda Civic driven by Carlybeth Ramirez veered into the median from the northbound lanes.

The vehicle rolled when Ramirez apparently overcorrected, landing in the southbound lanes. She died at the scene.

A female passenger, also from Utah, survived. Tihare Salazar, 21, of Provo, was reported to be in critical condition Tuesday at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

Both occupants were wearing their seat belts, the Idaho State Police said.

Alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash, investigators said.
