Salt Lake City police have located a possible driver in a hit-and-run crash with a bicycle Tuesday but have not made an arrest.
A sedan was traveling south on 300 West when it turned east onto 400 South about 9:15 a.m. and struck a man on a bicycle, said police officer David Malley.
The driver got out of the car, looked at the cyclist and then sped away, Malley said. The cyclist was treated and released.
Investigators have located the car and a possible driver, said Detective Dennis McGowan. The person of interest has refused to speak to police, McGowan said.
