A restaurant manager was robbed at gunpoint and his car was stolen just before 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The manager of IHOP near 4500 South and Highland Drive in Salt Lake City was leaving the restaurant with a bank deposit when a gunman demanded the money and his car keys.

The robber is described as a black man in his late 20s with curly black hair and a scruffy beard, said Salt Lake County sheriff's Lt. Don Hutson. He was wearing a dark blue ball cap with a logo. He stole a blue 2003 Dodge Neon, Utah license plate 828 WVB.

No one was injured in the robbery.
