Utah Jazz: 8 teams set for summer league

Eight teams will participate in this year's Revue, headlined by the Utah Jazz. The Jazz expect to have 2008 first-round pick Kosta Koufos on its roster as well as returning Jazzmen Morris Almond and Kyrylo Fesenko. Joining the Jazz this summer will be the Atlanta Hawks, Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, New Jersey Nets, San Antonio Spurs, along with a D-League All-Star team and the 2007 FIBA Asian Champion.

Team rosters will be comprised of rookies, second-year players and select free agents. Players expected to appear in the Revue this year include 2008 lottery picks Brook Lopez (Nets) and Anthony Randolph (Warriors), and first-round picks Ryan Anderson (Nets) and George Hill (Spurs). Other notables include Al Horford and Acie Law IV of Atlanta, Marco Belinelli and Brandan Wright of Golden State. The Revue begins at 4:30 p.m. on July 18 with the Mavericks taking on the Hawks. The Jazz host the Spurs at 7 p.m.

Games will be played at the Lifetime Activities Center located at the Redwood Campus of Salt Lake Community College. - Combined news services
