Utah Jazz power forward Carlos Boozer will undergo surgery, probably next week, and will be sidelined for at least a month, Vice President of Basketball Operations Kevin O'Connor said Tuesday afternoon.
Boozer's surgery is tentatively scheduled for Jan. 9.
Boozer suffered a strained quadricep muscle and what was thought to be a bruised knee on Nov. 19. He has missed 21 games.
