Wasatch Academy junior forward Emmanuel Akot announced his highly anticipated decision to attend the University of Arizona via Twitter on Thursday.

"Thank you to all the schools that recruited me and I wish you all nothing but the best," Akot wrote. "I'm blessed to announce that I'll be committing to the University of Arizona. BEAR DOWN"

The five-star prospect is considered the No. 21 overall recruit in the nation, according to ESPN, and the fourth-best forward in the country. He pledged to the Wildcats over Utah, Louisville and Oregon.

Akot, who is 6 foot 6 and 185 pounds, led the Tigers to a 23-4 record this season.

Wasatch Academy, a preparatory boarding school in Mount Pleasant, plays a nationally independent schedule and is ranked No. 15 in the nation.
